Cancellation Policy

Cancellation six weeks or less before arrival: 50% of full amount will be forfeited.

  • Cancellation two weeks or less before arrival: 100% of the full amount will be forfeited.
  • Cancellations and amendments must be made in writing to Old Potter’s Inn by email – reservations [ at ] oldpottersinn.co.za.
  • Any refunds due will be paid 14 days after departure.
  • In case of no show, your deposit and / or full payment may be forfeited.

These terms and conditions shall apply to all reservations made with Old Potter’s Inn to the exclusion of all other terms and conditions relating to reservations, notwithstanding the fact that such other terms and conditions may be printed on reservation forms used by guests or tour operators. These terms and conditions shall not be deemed to have been varied or amended in any way by terms and conditions appearing elsewhere unless agreed in writing and signed by both parties.

TARRIFS

All prices quoted according to current tariffs shall be subject to amendment by Old Potter’s Inn at any time before deposit is paid and booking is secured. All tariffs are quoted in South African Rand.

PAYMENT

The Old Potter’s Inn reserves the right to cancel and/or amend any reservation in the event of failure to comply with the terms of payment, and the Old Potter’s Inn shall not be liable
for any loss or consequential loss resulting from such cancellation or amendment.

DEPOSIT POLICY

  • The Old Potter’s Inn reserves the right to automatically release reservations being held for which payment has not been received.
  • Kindly deposit funds, with our reference number provided, into our bank account.
  • Deposits should be made within two days of booking, to secure your reservation.

PAYMENTS

  • Should the payment not be made within the required period the Old Potter’s Inn reserves the right to cancel the rooms without prior notification.
  • Deposits and prepayments can be made by way of electronic transfer (EFT), into our bank account.
  • All guests are required to pay the outstanding balance of 50% upon arrival.
